1. Booking & Cancellation Policy
All taxi bookings must be made through our official channels: Website, Phone, or WhatsApp.
Bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to accept or decline requests.
Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup time will be charged a cancellation fee.
If the driver reaches the pickup location and the customer does not show up within 30 minutes, the ride will be canceled, and a fee may apply.
2. Fare & Payment
The fare includes only the base rate; additional charges such as toll fees, inter-state permits, and parking charges are not included.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or online payment methods.
Prices may change due to fuel costs, government taxes, or other factors.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop locations at the time of booking.
The customer is responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for any loss of items left in the vehicle.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
4. Driver & Vehicle Policies
Drivers are instructed to follow safe driving practices and comply with traffic laws.
Customers must respect the driver and follow safety regulations during the journey.
If a vehicle breakdown occurs, we will arrange an alternative vehicle at the earliest convenience.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
Agnicabs is not responsible for any delays due to weather, traffic conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the ride.
By booking a ride, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
